Really great service
I've been taking my vehicles here for about 6 years. They have done a number of repairs and I have never had any issues. The owner is top notch and knows exactly what she's doing. They gladly use parts furnished by the customer or they will supply parts. Service is friendly, repairs are completed rapidly, and prices are excellent. For example, sometime in 2012 I took my old 1995 F150 in for a variety of front end repairs including new rotors and pads, a new tie rod (which required a front end alignment), and new ball joints. I dropped the truck off at 8am and they called me around 12 to tell me it was done. $675 for all repairs, labor, and parts (which they supplied). I've been to many shops over the years throughout east TN and southwest VA and this is by far the best one I've come across. They never recommend BS repairs that are unnecessary like many shops are notorious for doing. Instead they will tell you if a part or component is worn out, or nearly worn out, and let you make the call rather than repairing something without your knowledge and billing you for it. They also have good prices on tires. If they have to order them they are usually in the next day and typically they will have them installed in 30-45 minutes. I believe they have been in business since 1995 which indicates consistently satisfied customers, without which they would have long since gone under. Highly recommended.
Best place to take your car around Manchester. The owner is very good and she will make sure your car will be fixed correctly.
