Bought a car from Frankie but was missing the spare key which cost $150 to replace; Frankie promised on his word that he would make sure we was mailed a check for $100 to cover the cost which never showed up. Hard to take a dealership seriously when they don’t follow through with their promises
They charged me way to much interest. Had to trade to get out of that bad deal.

EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP!!! Most definitely worth calling. I called from PA looking for a vehicle for my daughter in law In Oneida, KY. She'd had an accident and totaled her vehicle and needed another one right away. Because she lives in a rural, isolated area , with no way to get in to Manchester, needed the vehicle delivered to her. Darren was fantastic!!! He test drove the car for me, made sure it was in good mechanical condition, and delivered it to her. My first phone call was at 9:30 am, the transaction was completed by noon, and she had it delivered by 2:30. Super customer service. They have a customer for life!!!!
